How Fast Do Orders Ship?
Orders ship in 24 to 48 business hours from our California warehouse when the item is in stock. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days in the lower 48. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
Do Wheels Come With Lug Nuts or Valve Stems?
No. Lug nuts and valve stems are sold separately. Kansei wheels need tuner-style 60 degree conical lug nuts or bolts, and you can add the Kansei spline acorn lug nuts. Not sure which size fits your car? Call sales at 800.529.4335 before you order.
Can I Return Wheels That Have Been Mounted?
No. Returns must be brand new and unmounted, within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee of at least 15% applies, the buyer pays shipping both ways, and original shipping and taxes aren’t refunded.
Do You Ship Outside the US?
Yes. International shipping times vary by location, and rates show at checkout.
How Do I Start a Warranty Claim?
Take the wheel and a copy of your original receipt to the dealer you bought it from for inspection. Every warranty return needs an RMA number. Contact us at sales@kanseiwheels.com or 800.529.4335 to get one.
