TERMS OF SERVICES
KANSEI WHEELS USA requests your basic contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to properly fill your order. We will never sell, give, or provide this information to any other agency. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server.
Any return must be within 7 days of receiving the item. Wheel(s) must be brand new and unmounted for return. There will be a minimum restocking fee of 20% depending on condition. Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Original shipping fees and taxes are NON Refundable.
Please do not send your wheels back to our facility without a RTN number. Any item sent back to us without a RTN will be delayed and will not be processed. Please email Sales@kanseiwheels.com to receive a RTN number & properly receive the instructions.
Before installing wheels on the vehicle, please verify fitment and bolt pattern is correct. If you install a tire and the wheel does not fix, we are not responsible for fitment and the wheels are no longer able to be returned.
PLEASE VERIFY ALL FITMENT BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM POWDER COATED WHEELS.
All KANSEI WHEELS USA have a LIMITED LIFETIME warranty on the construction of the wheel and 1 year on the finish of the wheel.
Warranty claims will only be valid with original proof of purchase from either us directly or an authorized dealer. Warranties do not transfer to a 3rd party.
Our warranty does not cover user error which include: Curbing of wheels, accidents, and other user error occurrences.
All warranties must be authorized by KANSEI WHEELS USA. Any wheel returned for warranty without authorization will be ignored and/or rejected.
All of our wheels meet or exceed the VIA / JWL / SAE J2530 standard rating and require the use of aftermarket tapper tuner style lugs.
All KANSEI WHEELS are loaded rated at 1550 LBS each.
KANSEI WHEELS USA generally ships 24-48 business hours after the purchase if the item is in stock in our CA Location.

Most items are delivered within 3-5 business days with in the Lower 48 states.
